Automatic Conflict Resolution for MS Outlook Recurring Meetings:
MeetingPlanner makes scheduling recurring meetings easy by automatically reserving alternate rooms when there is a conflict in the recurring pattern. In addition, MeetingPlanner will automatically change reserved rooms, equipment and services if a recurring series or single occurrence is moved or deleted in Microsoft Outlook.
Automatic Outlook and MeetingPlanner Web Reservation Updates:
If a meeting organizer or administrator updates a scheduled meeting (standard or recurring) in Microsoft Outlook, MeetingPlanner will automatically update the scheduled rooms, equipment and services, with updated work order notifications sent as required. If a change is made in MeetingPlanner web, the meeting organizer can be notified via email of the change so the Outlook appointment can be updated.
