In an effort to simplify scheduling for end users and meeting organizers, MeetingPlanner offers easy scheduling for TANDBERG (TMS) video conference and CISCO MeetingPlace conference solutions in Microsoft Outlook. Now, when a user schedules a meeting in Microsoft Outlook, MeetingPlanner allows them to easily find and reserve TANDBERG (TMS) video conference rooms or equipment and CISCO MeetingPlace conferencing in addition to standard rooms, equipment, services and catering.

In addition, MeetingPlanner allows for easy meeting change management. If a user deletes or changes their meeting in Microsoft Outlook, all scheduled rooms, equipment, TANDBERG video conference and CISCO MeetingPlace reservations associated with the meeting automatically update to the new time and date. In addition, MeetingPlanner will automatically notify and update work flow for the appropriate support teams.
